How to Submit your Paper

Authors are advised to submit your abstract or full papers using Easychair Submission System. Please submit the manuscript as a PDF file. The file size should not exceed 10 MByte. Papers must be with no less than 10 pages, including text, references, tables and figures. Each registered paper should be within 12 pages, extra page will be charged. Prepare your abstract or full paper by following the Abstract Template or the Paper Template.

The full papers must be written in English. All the tables and figures in the paper should be original and un-published, or authors must submit "Permission Request Form"(click to download) for publication purpose. (If third-party materials are used in your final paper, it is required by Springer that authors should obtain permission from third-party. Learn about Third-Party Permissions:

Submission Policy

Papers are reviewed on the basis that they do not contain plagiarized material and have not been submitted to any other conference at the same time (double submission).
To be published in the international conference journals, an author of an accepted paper is required to register for the conference and present the same paper at the conference.


Submissions will be reviewed by the conference committees, and accepted and presented papers of AEIT 2025 will be published in the conference proceedings. The book series will be submitted to be indexed by Scopus, etc.


Registration Instructions

One registration is valid only for one participant. Co-authors of a paper will also need to register in order to attend the conference. Participants who have no accepted papers should also register as a delegate to attend the conference. Accepted papers will be published into conference proceedings if the payment has been made and at least one of the authors will present the paper at the conference.

Each author registration covers at least 12 pages for one paper.

Standard and student registrations include: coffee breaks, USB proceedings, lunch, gala dinner and admissions to all the technical sessions.

Cancellation Policy

If the participants request cancellation and refund due to personal reasons, the following refund policy applies.
* 60 days ahead of the conference: 70% of payment refund
* 30-60 days ahead of the conference: 50% of payment refund
* Within 30 days ahead of the conference: no refund
Cancellation and refund request must be made formally via email. No shows will not be refunded. The organizing committees is not responsible for problems beyond our control such as weather conditions, campus conditions, travel difficulties, visa problems, health issues, etc.

* The organizing committees reserves the right to change the dates and place of the conference due to force majeure.
* The losses thus incurred from the force majeure events shall not be liabled and refunds policy shall not apply as well.
